qwkinventory - Batch Inventory Control

Documentation for version 1.001004.

Contents

Introduction

This module allows a merchant to quickly view a report of the inventory levels of their products or change the inventory level of a selection of products in a single press of a button. The merchant can choose between two batch edit forms to control inventory levels. One allows the adjustment of inventory levels up or down from the current inventory level, and the other allows the merchant to reset the inventory levels to a new amount regardless of the current levels.

Installation

The QwkSoft Batch Inventory Control distribution contains 2 files: qwkinventory.mvc and qwkinventory.html (this documentation file). Install the *.mvc file in your domain and store as usual for Miva Merchant modules. Please refer to the documentation for your version of Miva Merchant for more information.

note: if you are using a non-compiled version of Miva Merchant you will need the non-compiled version of this module. That distribution contains *-nc.mv files in place of *.mvc files.

QwkSoft Batch Inventory Control is a Store Utility module. Store Utilities Screen

This module places 5 tabs on the Store Utilities screen. This screen can be reached from the left navigation bar by selecting Stores->your store name-> and then selecting this module.
